Ken’s Bio

Kenneth J. Kulaga (MBA and CTP) is a senior financial and operational executive with over 30 years of experience in risk mitigation, internal controls, and profitability optimization. Most recently, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Life Surge in Palmetto, Florida. Ken has also worked as Consulting CFO and Chief Operating Officer for Solved By Tanna (SBT) and as CFO for CliftonLarsenAllen (CLA). At CLA, he was hired as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for Aero Turbine in Stockton, CA.

Previously, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief of Staff CFO at GLOBALFOUNDRIES/Mubadala Development Company, where he led financial planning and transformation. Ken's prior role was CFO of the Consumer Electronics Division at Sirius Satellite Radio, focusing on performance management and financial reporting. He began his career at Lucent Technologies/Avaya (formerly AT&T), serving as Business Unit CFO and Head of Global Financial Planning and Analysis.

Ken is a father of five and has an additional seven blended children.
In his younger years, he played pitcher and shortstop, and earned an honorable mention as an All-State quarterback.
Ken lived in Dubai for five years while serving as VP of Finance at Mubadala.
His favorite vacation destination is The Maldives.
