William’s Bio

For over 30 years, William has facilitated companies' international expansion, bringing his multi-lingual and multi-cultural expertise to ActionCOACH. He previously served as CEO of Le Sante International, a firm he founded in 2001, and has held executive roles with several international brands, negotiating license agreements in over 64 countries. A frequent speaker at franchise and business conferences, William has been featured on CNN and contributed to The New York Times, Washington Post, and Wall Street Journal. He is dedicated to client satisfaction and continues to coach future franchise executives, driving international business negotiation, sales, and development.

William holds a Certified Franchise Executive credential and has served on numerous IFA committees, including the International Affairs Committee, International Matchmaker Task Force, Global Marketing Committee, and Supplier Forums Board of Directors. He was appointed by the US Secretary of Commerce to the Florida District Export Council, serving two full terms under Presidents Bush and Obama. Known for his excellent performance as an advisor, coach, and consultant, he has received various key awards related to his contributions to international franchise and business development.

He is an avid supporter of animal welfare and adoption, recognizing the therapeutic value of dogs and their unconditional love.
William is also an excellent cook and grill master with a passion for food, whether dining in or exploring new culinary adventures with his life partner.
As an accomplished photographer, he enjoys traveling and meeting people from diverse cultures, having exhibited his work in several galleries.
Additionally, William published a book as a tribute to his parents' sacrifices and resilience. He is a music aficionado and has a deep love for baseball.
